Principal and Centre Manager

She holds a Master's Degree in Education (Special Education) from University of Malaya, a Bachelor's Degree in Language and Linguistics from Universiti Putra Malaysia, and an Advanced Certificate in Autism and Special Education from the Christchurch College of New Zealand. She has 23 years of working experience as a special education teacher.
Sharifah bt Salleh

Occupational Therapist

She holds a Bachelor in Occupational Therapy (Hons.) from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Puncak Alam and a Diploma in Occupational Therapy from the same university. She has 5 years of working experience as an Occupational Therapist.
Nurzaharah binti Sajin

Vice Principal Selangor (Rawang)

She holds a Certificate in Special Education (Autism) from National Autism Society of Malaysia (NASOM). She has 7 years of working experience with autistic children before joining us in 2012.
Nur Suhara binti Suhadi

Guru

She holds a Diploma in Interactive Multimedia from University of Kuala Lumpur (UniKL) and a Certificate in Special Education (Autisme) from International University College of Technology Twintech (IUCTT). She worked as a teacher at NASOM Jalan Ipoh Vocational Centre from 2006 to 2014 and joined us in 2015.
Mazlianah binti Haji Mahmud

Teacher

She pursued her education up to the STPM level and graduated from SMKBJ. With a strong academic foundation, she embarked on her professional journey, starting as a QA Assistant at Hytech Engineering from October 2022 to May 2023. She joined our team in 2023.
Nur Asmera binti Che Harun

Teacher

She holds a Malaysian Higher School Certificate (STPM) from SMK Gombak Setia and a Malaysian Certificate of Education (SPM) from the same secondary school. She worked with the Human Resources Department under the Ministry of Higher Education for 7 years and joined IDEAS Autism Centre in 2016.
Elliza Shafina binti Salleh

Teacher

She holds a degree in Psychology (with Honors) from UPSI (Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris). Prior to joining IAC in 2023, she contributed her skills as an Applied Behavioral Therapist and Assistant EIP Teacher.
Sufi Anisah binti Mohd Sabri

Teacher

She holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Politeknik Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah, Pahang. Prior to joining the IAC team in 2022, she gained valuable experience at NASOM.
Norabiatul Adawiyah binti Yunus

Teacher

She holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a master's degree in educational psychology from UKM (Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia). Joined IAC in 2022. Before joining IAC, she had experience as a trainee counselor at a school. She also completed her diploma in education earlier this year. She is actively involved in seminars and courses, especially those involving the autism community.
Norazah binti Zakaria

Teacher

She holds an STPM qualification from SMK Gombak Setia. Prior to her engagement with IAC in 2022, she dedicated herself to making a difference at Pertubuhan Islam Kanak-Kanak Kelainan Upaya Malaysia (PI3KUM).
Nur Najah binti Dzulkefli

Teacher

He holds a diploma in contemporary Islamic science at the International Islamic College. He previously worked at Pusat Autisme PDRM Pengaman and joined IAC in 2023.
Ahmad Addeen Mukmin bin Sulaiman

Occupational Therapist

She holds a diploma in science and a degree in occupational therapy at UiTm Puncak Alam. She has worked with Chrysalis Special Needs Centre in 2017 and Physio Active Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation in 2020. She joined IAC in 2023.
Nadiana binti Zaharudin

Teacher

She holds an SPM qualification from Sekolah Menengah Paloh Kluang, Johor. Before joining IAC, she worked in HR at Genting Malaysia Berhad. She joined us in 2023.
Rosni Fazwaniza binti Mohd Fadzil

Manager, Operations

Illya is a versatile professional with experience in Special Needs Education, Health, and Entertainment. He holds a Graduate Certificate in Autism and Behavioural Science from Algonquin College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Minor in Neuroscience from The Ohio State University, both with academic honors. His experience in the autism field includes working as a Behavioural Therapist, leading therapy teams, and training parents and staff on research-based methods.
Illya Azraai Bin Shaharudin

Teacher

Holds a Degree in Environmental Science and Technology from UiTM Shah Alam and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from Open University Malaysia. Before joining IAC Nilai, I worked as a Senior Sales Development Representative at an IT company. Also experienced as a teacher at Little Caliphs Kindergarten and as a practical teacher at Sekolah Kebangsaan Bukit Changgang.
Nurhidayana Binti Zulhisham

Occupational Therapist

She holds a Diploma in Physiotherapy at UniKL and Degree in Occupational therapy at KPJUC. She joined IAC in 2023.
Nur Farhanah Binti Mohd Nor Hidayat

Teacher

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Islamic Revealed Knowledge from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). From 2021 to 2024, he dedicated himself to teaching, cultivating strong classroom management skills and a deep understanding of student development. In 2024, he joined Ideas Autism Centre as a Special Needs Teacher, where he creates dynamic, individualized learning experiences that support the growth, confidence, and potential of every child under his care.
Ahmad Bazli Adib Bin Rusli

I graduated with a degree in Psychology from IIUM Gombak. I have more than 5 years of experience working with children with autism, including over 3 years at Pusat Jagaan Kanak-Kanak Istimewa Cerdik Rayyan and nearly 2 years at Smart Integrated Therapy in Southville City. My experience includes teaching, managing therapy centers, and designing sensory-based learning programs for children aged 3 to 12
Aisyah Binti Mohamed Yunus

Zuliazian is an early childhood educator with 10 years of experience in teaching, intervention, and leadership. She holds a Diploma in Preschool Education from Uniti College. She has worked in roles including Interventionist Specialist, Playgroup Teacher, and Senior Playleader cum Principal, focusing on supporting children’s development through inclusive and play-based learning. She is committed to building a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where children can learn and thrive.
Zuliazian Binti Mohd. Khair

Tasnim is an Early Childhood Education graduate with five months of kindergarten work experience, practicum teaching experience, and service as a Substitute Teacher. She is experienced and interested in supporting children’s development, including children with special needs such as autism, through creative, inclusive, and child-friendly learning approaches. She is passionate about creating a positive learning environment that supports children’s holistic development.
Nor Tasnim Binti Mohd Azahar

Fatihah holds a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies from the National University of Malaysia (UKM) and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Child and Youth Development. As a dedicated teacher, she is passionate about supporting children’s development, particularly children with autism, and strives to create a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child can flourish.
Fatihah Syahirah Binti Ahmad Fadzil

​Diyan holds a diploma in psychology with a strong drive for exploration and strong curiosity. She chose to become a facilitator for autistic children not only to gain a deeper understanding of autism but also to train herself to constantly face new challenges.
